Booking rules

(1) The reservation fee is 50% of the amount of the stay - payable at the time of booking.

(2) The reservation fee is non-refundable.

a) The reservation fee is not forfeited and is rescheduled to another convenient date (valid for 1 year), in case of cancellation of the stay up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.

b) If cancellation occurs later than 30 days before the arrival date, the reservation fee will be forfeited.

(3) The rest of the amount is payable 7 days prior to arrival = at the same time confirmation of arrival and will be forfeited if guests do not appear on the date agreed upon at the time of booking.

 4) In case of shortening the stay for reasons beyond our control, we do not refund the fees for unused days.

(5) The price includes VAT 8%. The condition for issuing a VAT invoice to a company is to provide its Tax Identification Number at the time of booking. Otherwise, the issuance of a VAT invoice to the company will unfortunately not be possible, the issuance of a VAT invoice to an individual is possible without providing a VAT number.

(6) Due to various unforeseen circumstances and fortuitous cases, we reserve the right to change the reserved house to another house available at the time and of the same standard.
