The village of Lajs is located between two lakes: Kośno
and Łajskie. The distance to Kosno is about 150m, and to Lajskie is about 400m.  Lake Lajskie is smaller but particularly beautiful in the evenings at sunset. Lake Kosno (reserve) is large but hidden by the surrounding forests, with transparent water - especially charming from a boat or a sup.

Walking a little further (about 900m), it is worth discovering the beautiful lakes Czerwonka Mała and Czerwonka Duża, hidden in the forest. There are vast, beautiful pine forests all around. Just behind our house begins the area of the Kosno Lake Reserve.

The place offers excellent bicycle routes. You can choose shorter trips or more demanding distances. 

Canoeing on the rivers: Kośna, Łyna or Marózka are just a few of the possibilities.

Anglers and mushroom pickers will also be happy.

The Folk Architecture Museum in Olsztynek is another attraction of the region worth visiting.

With us you choose yourself, you can spend your time very actively or do nothing, sleep late, drink coffee, read, or sunbathe on the terrace listening to the silence.

We invite you to 2 new houses built according to the latest technologies but based on traditional local architecture. You will find hand-formed brick facades and floors, and ceramic tile on the roof.

Each house can accommodate 8-10 people and consists of
consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a toilet, and a common area including kitchen, dining room and living room. 

In creating this place we let our imagination run a bit wild. As a result, the living room is 9 meters high, but the coziness is added by wood, comfortable and warm furniture and a fireplace that will warm up even the biggest frostbite. We were guided by the idea of combining nature and wildness outside with comfort and convenience inside. As a result, we offer fully equipped houses that have been tested by us, our family and friends.

What we offer?

Łajs is a tiny village located on the border of Warmia and Mazury, surrounded by beautiful pine forests and lakes: Łajskie and Kośno, the latter belongs to the reserve of Lake Kośno. There is no asphalt here, and the nearest store is more than 4 km away.

We are 200 km from Warsaw as well as the Tri-City by the E7 expressway, so you can reach us quickly and move to “another world” where the air and water are always clean and the forests are green. Peace and quiet. The nearest large city is Olsztyn, which is less than 20 km away. There, all the city attractions await the sprogs of civilization.
